| Please be advised that starting July 8, scheduled work on the western tunnel roadways under the Swan Street Building will begin and continue through October 2013. (Preliminary site preparation work on the roadway and in the Swan Street garage will begin on May 18. This work will last approximately two weeks, and require shifts in traffic lanes.) Tenant and visitor parking will not be affected; however, starting July 8, a new traffic pattern including detours will be put in place to access I-787 and the Empire State Plaza underground parking lots. The Empire State Plaza is a 70-acre complex of governmental buildings in
downtown Albany, New York. Adjacent to the historic State Capitol, the Plaza is home to over 10,000 State
employees and many State agencies and commissions. Frequent special events are held at the Plaza, including
those hosted by the New York State Office of General Services' Special Events Office. Additionally, the Empire
State Plaza Convention Center, New York State Museum and Empire Center at the Egg are frequent venues for public
activities.

Take Interstate I-87 (Northway) to Interstate I-90 East (exit # 1E). Take Interstate I-90 East to Interstate 787 South. Take Exit #3A for the Empire State Plaza. |

Take New York State Thruway (Interstate 87) to Exit 23 - straight through Toll Booth to Interstate 787, then take Exit #3 for the Empire State Plaza. |

Take Interstate 90 West to Exit # B1 (I-90). Continue on I-90 to Interstate 787 South. Follow I-787 South to Exit #3A for the Empire State Plaza. |

Take the New York State Thruway (Interstate 90) to Exit 24 (Albany), proceed east on Interstate 90 to Interstate 787 South. Take exit # 3A for the Empire State Plaza. |
