Welcome.
The New York State Office of General Services manages the space rental for all events in the OGS-managed state office buildings. If your business or organization is interested in renting space for an event at the Adam Clayton Powell State Office Building in Harlem; the Perry Duryea State Office Building in Hauppauge; the Dulles State Office Building in Watertown; or the Binghamton State Office Building, please use the form below to facilitate your request.
It is OGS policy to use state property in accordance with Parts 300 and 301 of Title 9 of the New York Code of Rules and Regulations. OGS reserves the right to deny the use of state property for any event that is not in accordance with Parts 300 and 301 of Title 9 of the New York Code of Rules and Regulations.
