The Office of General Services (OGS) operates several state employee indoor parking garages and outdoor lots in the City of Albany for convenient access to the Empire State Plaza and other downtown office locations. All OGS-managed parking lots are maintained throughout the year and patrolled daily by OGS parking attendants and the New York State Police.
