The OGS Bureau of Food Services develops and administers over 13 food service contracts in 23 cafeterias, restaurants and catering operations in state-owned and leased buildings. Food Services is responsible for the policy and procedures pertaining to food, health, safety and contractual obligations, while enforcing federal, state and local codes, rules and regulations; and acts as the liaison between vendors and building management by assisting tenants in complying with health permits, licenses, insurances and fire safety regulations for all catered events held in OGS buildings.
